Thursday, June 9th will be a practice. Saturday, June 11th will be a mini-game with an activity in the outfield.

This week our Rally Cap 7U players will be working on Level: On-Deck/Home Plate, Practice Plan #4 in the Rally Cap Mini-Book (p. 35). 

Each team will warm up with their coach for 10 minutes, then attend the Hitting, Receiving, and Baserunning stations outlined in the Practice Plan. Each station will be 20 minutes in length.

• The Baserunning Station will be on the Diamond
• The Receiving Station will be in Left Field
• The Hitting Station will be in Right Field  (Note: You can just use the baseballs provided for the hitting).

Coaches will follow their team from station to station.

Don't forget to cheer "1-2-3 Lakeshore" or "1-2-3 Whitecaps" at the end of practice!

If your players want to stay and play for a bit longer, we encourage them to do so provided they are supervised accordingly.
